Authentic Nabulsi Kunafa

Ingredients
- Kunafa
one pack of kunafa dough
40 grams ghee
20 grams sugar syrup
500 grams akkawi cheese
- Syrup
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
lemon squeeze
one teaspoon rose water
half teaspoon orange blossom water
Directions
- Melt ghee and mix with kunafa dough
- Grind the kunafa dough
- Cook on medium heat the kunafa dough until hot to touch
- Place kunafa dough in a pan
- Add the akkawi cheese on top
- cook the kunafa on low heat while rotating for 15 minutes or until brown
- Flip the kunafa and add sugar syrup
